"May we live like the lotus, at home in the muddy water"

Judith Lasater

We live in a fast-past paced world that prioritizes our rational, thinking mind above all else.

Somatics is brilliant at helping people reconnect to their whole selves. As we shift our focus out of our head and begin to develop a greater awareness of the feelings and sensations in our bodies, our mood, outlook, and awareness evolve in positive ways.

While the steps taken are small and incremental, the results can be life-changing. Unlike talk therapy, somatics is a bottom-up approach. The work begins in the body as we shift and un-learn old patterns, learn to trust ourselves and our intuition. With time we develop a greater sense of comfort and ease in our minds, bodies and lives.

"Tracy offered great somatic sessions. From the first session, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Tracy guided me though head to toe body scans and taught me ways to meditate. The 5 minute meditations have helped me be present and I'm more focused.

Thank you Tracy for your help!"
